I have been fervently conversing with the developers, and they want to charge me $150 to customize the location to have privacy options. I've already spent nearly $3000 with them, and I'm hoping soon they will break and do it for me for free.

I'll keep you posted. Until then, if you don't want your location info made public, simply leave it blank.

But if I may offer a point of view, you can just add your country, or country and state. You don't have to be that detailed, and you're hardly compromising your privacy that way.
